A WhatsApp bot has a one-time setup fee and a monthly service fee. A business website is $339 and a landing page starts from $169. Other services are priced by personal quote: the price is set after a discovery call and agreed in advance, before we start work.

The monthly fee depends on scope (process, channels and integrations) and is agreed upfront on a discovery call. It covers ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, small script changes (such as hours, prices and answers), monitoring of the bot's performance, a short monthly report (inquiries, booked appointments, handoffs to your team, and improvements), and WhatsApp availability.
The tools the bot runs on, such as n8n, and AI costs are included in the monthly fee. Meta message fees are included in the monthly price. All tool costs are on us. Larger changes or new channels are priced separately, only if you choose them. There's no fixed-term commitment: payment is made at signing for the first two months, then each month for the next one, and you can stop with 14 days' notice.

Our services are mainly for clinics, studios and service businesses that receive inquiries and book appointments. On the call we look at how customers reach you today, what already works and what's missing: advertising, content, a website or automation. If something isn't a good fit, we'll tell you.

You provide business information and materials for the service you chose (for example common questions and booking rules for a bot), and review what we've built before launch. GrowWithU handles the agreed planning, build, testing and support. Access requirements for accounts, your number and systems are checked during planning.
There is a one-time setup fee and a monthly service fee. Your quote depends on the process, channels and connections selected. The founding-client offer waives the setup fee for eligible businesses, not the monthly fee. Eligibility and availability are confirmed on the call.
Advertising alone focuses on bringing in inquiries. With us, advertising can connect to the rest of the journey: a website or landing page, content, and WhatsApp replies and booking. You don't have to move existing campaigns to us, and you can choose each service separately.
We check before setup, based on how you use the number and who answers it. WhatsApp connects through the official WhatsApp Business API. Calendar or CRM connections depend on the system and agreed scope; not every connection suits every business.
We define the wording and answers around your business and test them together. The bot is not presented as a person. We also agree on when a conversation should pass to you so you can continue helping the customer.
For a WhatsApp bot, usually 1-3 weeks from when we have all the materials, depending on complexity. For other services, the timeline is set during planning. Every service goes live after a joint review.
