Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website comfortably, including people with disabilities. This page explains what we've done to make the site accessible and how to reach us if something isn't working the way it should.

Accessibility standard
The website was built to meet the requirements of Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA.
What we've done
- Full keyboard navigation, with a clear focus indicator and a "Skip to content" link at the top of every page.
- A clear heading structure, and screen reader labels on buttons, forms, and menus.
- Sufficient contrast between text and background, and readable text sizes.
- Alternative text for images, with decorative elements hidden from screen readers.
- Form error messages that are linked to the relevant field and announced by screen readers.
- Animations stop for anyone who has turned on "reduce motion" on their device.
- Support for mobile, desktop, and browser text zoom, in Hebrew and English.
How we tested
The website was checked with automated accessibility testing tools and manual testing in the browser, on desktop and mobile, including keyboard-only navigation.
Known limitations
Some parts of the website come from third-party services, such as WhatsApp, the meeting scheduler, and the cookie banner, so their accessibility also depends on those providers. If you run into trouble with any of them, we're happy to help another way.
Remote service
GrowWithU works mainly remotely: over WhatsApp, by phone, and on Zoom. If one of these doesn't work well for you, let us know and we'll find a way that does.
