Quotes and engagement

Every service is priced separately, based on what your business needs. Each service is provided under a separate agreement that sets out the scope of work, price, and payment terms, and is agreed before any work begins.

Shopify online stores

• The store is opened in the client's own Shopify account and belongs to the client.
• GrowWithU builds the store only. GrowWithU does not undertake to find a payment provider, open a merchant account, or connect it to the store.
• Choosing a payment provider, opening a merchant account, connecting it to the store, issuing receipts and invoices, payment fees, and the Shopify subscription are the client's responsibility and are paid directly to the providers. We recommend checking in advance that the payment provider supports Shopify.
• Paid apps, product and shipping costs, advertising budget, and domain renewal from the second year are also not included in the price and are paid by the client.

The offer for the first 5 businesses

• The offer is for the first 5 businesses that join, and stands until all spots are filled.
• Setting up the automation system is free, instead of $339. What the setup includes is agreed in advance on a call.
• After setup, there's a monthly service fee. The price is set on a call based on what your business needs, and agreed before we start.
• In return, we ask for an honest recommendation once the bot is up and running for you.
• We may confirm that the service is a good fit for your business before you join.

Private Zoom sessions

A private 60-minute Zoom session costs $99 and is preceded by a short intro call. The session time and payment method are arranged in advance, one-on-one.

Payments and cancellations

• Monthly services are month to month, with no fixed-term commitment.
• Advance payment: on the day you sign, you pay in advance for the first two months, and after that, each month for the following month.
• Cancellation: give 14 days' notice.
• Refund: if you give 14 days' notice, you get a full refund for the remaining prepaid period. For example: you start on 15.9 and prepay until 15.11. If you give notice by 1.10, you get a full refund for the period from 15.10 to 15.11.
• Zoom lesson: you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the lesson. Between 24 and 8 hours before, there's no refund, but you can reschedule free of charge. Less than 8 hours before the lesson, there's no refund.
• Cancellations and refunds are also handled in accordance with Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations under it, to the extent they apply to the transaction.

Limitation of liability

The website and our services are provided as is. Results depend on many factors, such as your industry, audience, budget, and your own business activity, so we don't guarantee any specific business outcome, such as a number of leads, meetings, or sales. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any damage resulting from use of the website or reliance on its content.

Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, design, logo, and images, belongs to GrowWithU or to its respective rights holders. It may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Links and third-party services

The website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and Google. Your use of them is subject to their own terms, and we aren't responsible for their content or operation.

Privacy

Any information you leave on the website is handled according to our Privacy Policy, linked at the bottom of every page.
